Every time we met at the property he was very helpful and always kept me up to speed as to what was next and what to expect with the market. The sale of the property went pretty quick after they had an open house and it moved along to Escrow. The whole experience went very well as my concerns of putting a property up for sale and losing rent from my rental went away. To conclude, everything went great. There are times in life whereby words just do not say what one's heart might feel about an individual or individuals. We're not just speaking of our friend Ruth, but her awesome son Jeff also. During the whole transaction my wife and I felt extremely comfortable with everything. Even though I have a history myself in the Real Estate industry, and have also been in the insurance industry for over 30 years now, does not set aside how they kept my strong minded ways at a place of control. They're very special to say the least. They cared for us, contacted us almost on a daily basis to update my wife and myself on the progress of things. We then left California a few days after the close of escrow, and we headed to Texas. We're in escrow as we speak, and have found another special agent who has treated us really well. It would have been nice to bring Ruth and Jeff with us, even though we really appreciate our agent here in Texas, Diane, it would have been amazing to go through another stent with them. This is more than Real Estate, this is friendship. We hope and pray that their future will continue to bring them in the path of others who deserve a special agent(s) that care for the well being of people, not their commissions.
